This year the ‘YJFL Awards’ for 2021 will be held online for the first time ever.
Due to the restrictions of COVID, the YJFL will be conducting a week-long event from Monday 13th September to Friday 17th September.
The final two nights (Thursday & Friday) of the week will be the Live YJFL Awards vote count, where the winners will be announced. These nights will be hosted by the YJFL’s Marketing Coordinator, Aidan Paus and will include presentations of many other awards.
The week is as follows:
Monday 13th September
Check the YJFL socials for, the ‘Contenders’ for the U11 (6pm), U12 (6.30pm), U13 (7pm) & U14 (7.30pm) age groups.
Tuesday 14th September
Check the YJFL socials for, the ‘Contenders’ for the U15 (6.30pm), U16 (7pm), Colts & Youth Girls (7.30pm) age groups.
Wednesday 15th September
Umpires Presentation night, 7pm, LIVE on Teams, link to register has been sent to umpires via email

Thursday 16th September
Streamed on Facebook at 6.30pm of U11, U12, U13 & U14 Best & Fairest vote count. Other various awards will be announced, including; YMA Peter Johnston Medals for U14’s, AFL Vics Coaches of the Year, Umpires Golden Whistle and more.
Friday 17th September
Streamed on Facebook at 6.30pm of U15, U16, Colts & Youth Girls Best & Fairest vote count, Colts & Youth Girls Team of the Year. Other various awards will be announced, including; YMA Peter Johnston Medals for U15’s, AFL Vics Coaches of the Year, Umpires Golden Whistle, Oakleigh Players of the Year plus more.
Final Results will be posted to YJFL socials and full spreadsheet of vote getters, published on HERE on the YJFL website after the vote count.
