For the first time since 2019 the Yarra Junior Football League are hosting a Finals Series in 2022.
Week one of finals will see all competitive age groups play off in the Semi Finals.
The structure for the matches will follow the ladder position the teams finished in during the home & away season:
Game 1 – 1 vs 2 Game 2 – 3 vs 4
With the the winner of Game 1 heading into the Grand Final on the 4th of September. And the loser of Game 1 taking on the winner of Game 2 next Sunday in the Preliminary Final.

The YJFL in conjunction with many of our clubs will host 92 matches at over 40 ovals across the League, with all teams playing at a neutral venue.
Parents, family, friends and spectators will be able to access all YJFL venues free of charge.
With YJFL Finals played at various venues across our region, we encourage all people attending these games to allow extra time for parking and to be mindful of parking restrictions at all venues.
In week one, all games from Ford Park (Bellfield), Gordan Barnard Reserve Lower (Balwyn North) and WT Peterson Oval (Fitzroy) will be Live Streamed by our Digital Media Partner, GameFace. This will be on their dedicated platform, ClubZone Live. Once the live streamed game is complete, these games will be available to buy on ClubZone Live. Many other games across the finals series will be filmed and available for purchase, also on ClubZone Live.
