UNDER 14 GIRLS DIVISION 1 GRAND FINAL

ree

The undefeated Camberwell Sharks Under 14 Girls have led the way all season. A 30 point

victory over Kew Comets in Round 12 was their smallest winning margin – in fact Kew

Comets are the only team who have managed to get close to the Sharks all season.

Camberwell’s strength is their evenness across the ground, led by their five interleague

players from this year’s Under 14 Girls squad. Kew Comets also had five interleague

players in this year’s Under 14 Girls squad. With both teams standing out in Division 1 this

year, it’s likely more of their teammates will join them in the Under 15 YJFL squad next year.

While form this year suggests Camberwell will be hard to beat, anything can happen on

Grand Final Day, and Kew Comets will be keen to inflict Camberwell’s first defeat of the

season in the biggest match of the year.
