2022 Assistant Coaching Positions – Representative Football & Interleague Programs
The YJFL is seeking expressions of interest (EOI) for Coaching Positions in our Under 13 to Under 15 Boys and Girls development squads for the 2022 season.
In season training will be held between late March and mid June on the following nights:
Monday: Under 13 Boys and Under 13 Girls
Tuesday: Under 15 Boys and Under 15 Girls
Wednesday: Under 14 Boys and Under 14 Girls
Applications may be accepted from coaches currently engaged at Club level, in other representative teams, in NAB League, leagues or school programs if their credentials are well developed. The roles may suit current senior footballers who are looking to develop their coaching skills.
We are seeking exceptionally committed, self-controlled, player-centric coaches, proficient in fundamental skill development, team development and individual player feedback. An ability to incorporate game sense drills and activities is vital.
